The location must be on a commercial street and can be on the ground floor or ground floor with a mezzanine. It may also be within the repeated floors of commercial buildings with the approval of the relevant municipality.

The shop's area must not be less than 24 m², and the width of the facade must be at least 4 m.

Provide one parking space for every 25 m², with a minimum of one vehicle space for the location.
