Mobile Food Vending Activity

It is a licensed vehicle equipped with hot and cold food and beverages that are safe for human consumption, such as fast food, cooked meals, and desserts.

Technical and Health Requirements for the Vehicle

The vehicle's length must not exceed 10 meters and not be less than 2.30 meters, and its width must not exceed 2.60 meters.

The height of the vehicle above ground, including the sign, must not exceed 4.50 meters.

If the municipality is technically ready, the vehicle must be equipped with a GPS tracking device by the license holder, in accordance with the technical specifications approved by the municipality.

The vehicle must be in good technical and operational condition and not dilapidated.

The vehicle should be internally designed and fully equipped for the purpose of providing food services.

There must be a complete separation between the driver's cabin and the area designated for conducting the activity.
