A license must be displayed prominently in the shop. Tt is prohibited to use the shop  for purposes other than those for which it was designated.

A rental contract must be provided if the applicant is a tenant.

The external sign must consist only of raised letters.

The content of the sign should be limited to the trade name of the activity, the commercial registration number, and the logo, if available.

The lighting of the letters must be concealed, spotlights are prohibited.
