The location should be an independent building in one of the industrial areas (warehouses approved within the city structural plans).

The area should not be less than 300 m² if located outside industrial areas.

Provide one parking space for every 25 m² of the built shop area, with a minimum of one parking space.

Establish a showroom for the shop on a commercial street (inside or outside the city) or within an industrial area, provided it is licensed.
