General Requirements for Choosing the Location
The location must be situated on a commercial street, either on the ground floor, ground floor with a mezzanine, or within repeated floors (with the approval of the relevant municipality).
The shop area must be at least 24 m², with a minimum front width of 4 m.
One parking space must be provided for every 25 m² of the shop area, with a minimum of one parking space required.
If the activity is from enclosed stores, a separate license must be issued from the Baladi platform in accordance with specific conditions.
