Certificate of Startup Size
The "Certificate of Startup Size" service provided by "Monsha'at" is an identification certificate that confirms the alignment of the enterprise with the definitions of micro, small, and medium enterprises. This certificate facilitates the acquisition of all preferences from relevant entities and grants special advantages, such as exemption from providing an initial guarantee when bidding for government contracts, as well as priority in limited competitions and direct purchases. To issue the certificate, log into your profile and enter all relevant data about your enterprises, including revenue size. The certified electronic certificate will be issued immediately and proactively, and you can print it or send it via email.
Note:
*The Certificate of Startup Size is issued based on the main commercial registration and the affiliated registrations of the enterprise, regardless of whether the application for the certificate is made from the main or subsidiary commercial registration. A comprehensive guide to available training programs that may interest you will be sent to your email.
*If you wish to renew the certificate, the beneficiary must issue a new certificate or cancel the existing certificate and issue a new one.
Requirements
To issue the Enterprise Size Certificate, the following information is required: Valid commercial registration or business file number from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Active status of the commercial registration and enterprise file in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Employee count data based on the information registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Revenue data or declaration during the certificate issuance process
The enterprise should have a minimum of one employee and a maximum of 249 employees, as per the unified number for enterprises
The annual revenue of the enterprise should not exceed 200 million Saudi Riyals
The applicant must have an approved title from both the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, allowing them to print the certificate
After pre-sizing the relevant register, the user can print the certificate

لا يظهر حجم المنشأة في الشهادة الصادرة، ولكن يظهر عند عملية إصدار الشهادة
تسجيل الدخول لبوابة "منشآت" الإلكترونية، ثم اختيار المنشأة المعنية من قائمة المنشآت الظاهرة في الملف، ومن ثم إلغاء الشهادة التي تم إصدارها سابقاً، من خلال النقر على عرض الشهادة، ثم النقر على إلغاء صلاحية الشهادة، ويتطلب بعد ذلك إصدار شهادة جديدة مرةً أخرى، باتباع خطوات آلية إصدار الشهادة

لا، بالإمكان إصدار الشهادة عن طريق رقم ملف المنشأة / العمل في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية
- الدخول على ملف المنشأة، عبر تسجيل الدخول من خلال حساب النفاذ الوطني الموحد أو حساب "منشآت"
- اختيار إضافة منشأة
- اختيار استعلام برقم ملف المنشأة/العمل
- إكمال البيانات وإصدار الشهادة
مدة صلاحية الشهادة سنة واحدة فقط
في حال انتهاء مدة صلاحية الشهادة يتم إصدار شهادة جديدة أخرى، وفي حال الرغبة في تجديد الشهادة قبل انتهاء مدة صلاحيتها يتم إلغاء الشهادة الحالية وإصدار شهادة جديدة أخرى
اللغة العربية
يُحدَّث عدد العاملين في المنشأة يوم السبت من كل أسبوع، وفقاً لاشتراطات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في واجهة التطبيقات البرمجية
