The enterprise’s size classification is not displayed on the issued certificate. However, it is shown to the beneficiary during the certificate issuance process through the Monsha’at portal.

If enterprise details, such as its name or legal entity type, are updated, the current certificate must be cancelled and a new certificate issued with the updated details through the Monsha’at portal, following the steps outlined in the Enterprise Size Certificate Issuance Guide.

No. Professional enterprises can obtain the certificate using their enterprise/labour file number registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

• Access the enterprise profile through the Monsha’at portal using a National Single Sign-On account or a Monsha’at account.

• Select “Add an Enterprise”.

• Select “Search by Enterprise/Labour File Number”.

• Complete the required details and issue the certificate.

The Enterprise Size Certificate is valid for one calendar year from its date of issuance, provided that the enterprise continues to meet the approved definition of a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise throughout that period.

Beneficiaries can reissue the Enterprise Size Certificate using the “Reissue” option, which becomes available when 60 days or fewer remain before the certificate expires. The same certificate number is retained, and the current certificate does not need to be cancelled. The reissued certificate is valid for one calendar year from the date of reissuance, provided that the certificate issuance requirements are met.

If the certificate has expired, the beneficiary must obtain a new certificate.

The service is currently available in Arabic.

The enterprise’s employee count is updated every Saturday, in accordance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s requirements relating to the application programming interface (API).

The enterprise’s size is determined based on the total number of employees registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the total annual revenue associated with the main commercial registration and its associated registrations, in accordance with the approved regulatory rules for determining enterprise size.

The resulting classification is used when issuing the Enterprise Size Certificate, regardless of whether the application is submitted through the main commercial registration or an associated registration.

An enterprise cannot hold more than one valid certificate at the same time. Its latest valid certificate is displayed on the Monsha’at portal.

Expired certificates are not displayed on the Monsha’at portal. Previous certificates can be verified through the Certificate Verification service.

The certificate’s authenticity can be verified electronically using the certificate number through the Certificate Verification service on the Monsha’at portal.

The Enterprise Size Certificate is an identification document issued by Monsha’at, confirming that an enterprise meets the criteria for classification as a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise in accordance with the approved regulatory rules for determining enterprise size. Access to benefits or programs is subject to the terms and conditions of the entities providing them.
