Contracting with the employee: To qualify as a valid contract, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development requires that a Saudi or non-Saudi employee contract be drafted with a set of clauses.

قبل الوصول
1- إصدار تأشيرات عمالة: إجراء يتم بموجبه تحديد رصيد التأشيرات المسموح بها وأنواع مهن العاملين بناءً على معلومات النشاط المدخلة
2- التعاقد مع عامل المنشأة: يجب توفر عدة بنود في عقد عامل المنشأه السعودي أو غير السعودي لتصنيفه كعقد نظامي صحيح
بعد الوصول
- إصدار شهادة صحية
- توفير تأمين طبي للعامل
- إصدار رخصة عمل للعامل
2- إصدار رخصة سكن جماعي للأفراد: عند الوصول لعدد عشرين عامل أو أكثر يجب على صاحب النشاط توفير سكن للعمالة واستخراج رخصة سكن جماعي للأفراد بعد استيفاء الاشتراطات الصادرة من وزارة البلديات والإسكان.
